Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2024 – Ranjit Kumar Singh has joined Zebra Technologies as the new Human Resources Director – ISC. In his role, Ranjit will lead strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management, and oversee compliance management for the India Subcontinent (ISC) region.
Ranjit brings extensive HR leadership experience to Zebra Technologies. Prior to this role, he served as Director HR BP Asia Pacific & Japan, Saudi & UAE at VMware from May 2019 to March 2024. At VMware, Ranjit managed an HR portfolio for over 15 countries in the APAC region, leading a team of senior HR professionals and focusing on leadership development and SaaS transformation.
From December 2017 to May 2019, Ranjit was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Solara Active Pharma Sciences, where he led a 60-member HR team supporting a global workforce of over 3,500 employees. He partnered with business leaders to promote a high-performance culture, foster talent growth, and drive strong succession planning.
Earlier, Ranjit served as Head of Human Resources at Allergan from February 2014 to December 2017, where he was responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, and performance management. He played a key role in rolling out global talent management initiatives for the APAC region.
Ranjit’s career also includes roles at Sapient as Manager – HR, APAC, and at Oracle as HR Business Partner and HR Consultant. At Oracle, he led HR business partnering for key business units, managed critical M&A projects, and rolled out development interventions for employees at all levels.
Ranjit began his career at GMR Group as an Associate Manager- Corporate HR from June 2006 to April 2008, where he successfully implemented corporate policies, performance management systems, and talent management practices.
