Anuj Bansal Appointed as Global Head of Operational Learning & Development at ICG Medical

London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Anuj Bansal has joined ICG Medical as the new Global Head of Operational Learning & Development. In this role, Anuj will lead the development and implementation of learning strategies and programs to enhance the skills and competencies of ICG Medical’s global workforce.

Anuj brings extensive experience in learning and development to his new role at ICG Medical. Before joining ICG Medical, he served as the General Manager – Delivery at Cromwell Medical Staffing from June 2023 to May 2024. During his tenure, Anuj oversaw the delivery of healthcare recruitment services across the UK, ensuring the sourcing of top talent and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Prior to his role at Cromwell Medical Staffing, Anuj was the Head of Global Delivery at ICG Medical from February 2020 to June 2023. In this role, he managed the global delivery operations and played a key role in expanding ICG Medical’s service offerings across multiple regions, including the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Philippines, Australia, Canada, and the USA.

From July 2018 to January 2020, Anuj served as the Head of Learning and Development-RPO at QX Recruitment Services UK. He was responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs, conducting training needs assessments, and partnering with senior leadership to close talent and performance gaps.

Earlier in his career, Anuj held various roles focused on training and development, including Learning and Development Manager at ICG Medical from May 2016 to June 2018, Assistant Manager Training & Quality at Intelenet Global Services from January 2013 to May 2016, and Academic Training Manager at Next Education India Pvt Ltd from May 2011 to April 2012.

Anuj began his career as a Universal Trainer at Genpact from June 2006 to October 2010, where he conducted process and soft skills training for various teams.
