Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2025 – Rasha Iqbal Farooqui has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources Middle East at Reckitt, marking a new leadership chapter with the global leader in hygiene, wellness, and nutrition. In this capacity, Rasha will drive the people agenda across the Middle East, shaping talent strategies, organizational culture, and workforce planning in one of Reckitt’s key growth regions.
Over her distinguished 13-year tenure at Reckitt, Rasha has demonstrated strong capabilities across multiple HR functions. Most recently, she served as Regional Talent & Learning Lead and DEI Board Member for Africa, Middle East, and Pakistan, based in Dubai. Her focus on people development, coaching, and championing diversity and inclusion has made a significant impact on the company’s cultural and talent landscape.
Prior to this, Rasha was HR Manager for Middle East & North Africa Hygiene, responsible for talent management, workforce planning, and analytics across the region. She also held roles as Senior HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing (Hygiene Home UK & Ireland) and HR Business Partner for HQ Developing Markets. Rasha’s expertise in people development, coaching, and transformation has shaped high-performing teams across markets in Europe and the Middle East.
Rasha began her Reckitt journey as Talent Acquisition Manager for North Africa, Middle East, and Turkey and earlier as HR Advisor at RB Pakistan. Her HR career was preceded by a stint in media planning with Starcom MediaVest Group, where she worked as an Assistant Media Planning Manager on the Procter & Gamble team, bringing a broad perspective to her subsequent HR leadership.
