Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India | Boston, Massachusetts, United States, October 2025 — Rashi Batra has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President – Human Resources at MedTherapy Biotech, a Boston-based global biotechnology company pioneering accessible and affordable cell, gene, and immunological therapies for cancer treatment. In her elevated role, Rashi will continue to lead global HR and talent acquisition strategies, overseeing leadership development, workforce planning, and employee experience across MedTherapy’s international operations.
Rashi has been associated with MedTherapy Biotech for over two years, previously serving as Vice President – Human Resources, where she successfully drove HR transformation and talent initiatives across the healthcare domain. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with the organization’s mission of innovation and accessibility in cancer care.
Before joining MedTherapy, Rashi was Vice President – Human Resources at Emonics LLC, where she managed cross-border HR operations spanning the United States and India. She played a key role in scaling global talent acquisition and implementing people policies to strengthen Emonics’ staffing and IT services portfolio.
Prior to that, she served as VP of Human Resources at Flentis Corporation and OPUSING, where she led HR operations and contributed to the launch and growth of FlentisPRO, a SaaS-based Vendor Management System (VMS) platform. Her leadership integrated technology with people processes, streamlining workforce management for clients across geographies.
Earlier in her career, Rashi held HR leadership positions at Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd., where she oversaw HR for Data Centers, IT Development, and BPO divisions, and at Shriram Automall, where she managed pan-India HR functions for multiple group entities. She began her career in operations at Convergys, leading teams for Citibank’s BPO processes and honing her expertise in people management and leadership development.
