New Delhi, India, October 2025 — Surbhi Rajpal Kalra has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Awfis Space Solutions Limited, India’s largest flexible workspace solutions company. In her new role, she will lead HR strategy, organizational development, and employee experience initiatives to support Awfis’ growing network and evolving culture of innovation and collaboration.
Before joining Awfis, Surbhi spent nearly four years at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, where she held key leadership roles including Director – Human Resources and Associate Director – Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in driving business process improvement, talent management, and people analytics while strengthening global HR practices across the organization.
Earlier, she was associated with PeopleQ Success Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where she partnered with diverse organizations to craft HR strategies, competency frameworks, and leadership development programs. Simultaneously, she served as an Independent Business & HR Advisor, supporting startups and corporates in performance management, diversity initiatives, and organization design.
Previously, Surbhi worked with SBI General Insurance as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, leading strategic HR processes across regions, compensation and benefits, and organization development. She earlier spent over eight years with Tata Chemicals, where she rose to the position of Assistant General Manager – HR, managing competency mapping, talent management, and leadership acceleration programs for the global chemicals business.
Surbhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in HR & Marketing from Amity University, reflecting her strong academic grounding in business and people management.
