Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Rashmi Singh has stepped into the role of Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Sagility, where she will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support the company’s growth across healthcare BPO operations. With a strong background in global recruitment, leadership hiring, and employer branding, Rashmi brings over a decade of experience to her new role, aimed at driving hiring excellence and enhancing talent engagement.
Rashmi has been with Sagility for over two years, most recently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she oversaw large-scale recruitment efforts and built high-performing hiring pipelines. Her work involved optimizing talent strategy, streamlining processes, and deploying data-driven sourcing approaches to attract top-tier candidates.
Before joining Sagility, Rashmi worked as a Manager at Genpact for over one and a half years, managing leadership hiring across the US, UK, and APAC for sectors such as banking, FMCG, healthcare, and technology. Her role included partnering closely with senior stakeholders, driving sourcing strategies for niche and executive roles, and leading market intelligence and competitive research for talent planning.
Previously, she served for four years as a Resourcing Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank, managing end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across ASEAN, EMEA, and India. Her responsibilities included talent consulting, offer negotiations, and building employer brand alignment across geographies.
Rashmi’s earlier experiences include over five years at ABC Consultants, where she rose through roles from Research Associate to Assistant Manager – Telecom, and also supported Tata Teleservices Limited as an HR Coordinator. Her career began at Talisman Advisors, where she led successful mid-to-senior level hiring projects across various industries including FMCG, auto, and real estate.
