Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Rasna Pingle has stepped into the role of Vice President – Enterprise Talent at HSBC, further strengthening the bank’s leadership in building future-ready talent strategies.
In her new position at HSBC, Rasna will contribute to enterprise-wide talent initiatives, focusing on building strong, scalable, and forward-looking talent pipelines. Her mandate is expected to support strategic workforce planning, leadership hiring, diversity-focused recruitment, and enhancing overall talent quality across business lines.
Prior to this elevation, Rasna served as Associate Vice President – South India Hiring Lead at HSBC, where she managed hiring for key businesses including Global Banking & Markets, Commercial Banking, Wealth & Personal Banking, Global Functions, and Digital Business Services. She led end-to-end recruitment strategy, maintained strong candidate pipelines through structured resourcing and campus engagement initiatives, partnered closely with business heads, and drove diversity hiring programs to improve representation across the bank.
Before joining HSBC, Rasna spent over five years at Citi, where she managed PAN India hiring for lateral and senior leadership roles across Citi Commercial Banking, Global Consumer Banking, Institutional Clients Group, and Global Functions. Her role involved strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, market intelligence analysis, compliance-driven hiring practices, and delivering strong candidate experiences across business units.
Earlier in her career, she held talent acquisition and client partnership roles across BFSI-focused consulting firms, including Search Executive and Talent LLP, Talent Networks LLC, and Indusion Consulting, where she managed mid-to-senior-level hiring mandates in banking, financial services, real estate, and project finance.
Her professional foundation also includes relationship management roles at ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) and Kotak Securities, giving her deep domain understanding of financial services operations alongside her extensive talent acquisition expertise.
With over a decade of experience spanning banking operations and strategic talent acquisition, Rasna Pingle’s elevation reflects HSBC’s continued focus on enterprise talent transformation and workforce resilience.
