Hampton Wick, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Sara Warham has taken on the role of Global Head of Human Resources at Reveal Media, a global leader in body-worn video solutions. In her new position, Sara will be responsible for driving HR strategy, organizational culture, and talent development across the company’s expanding global operations spanning the UK, USA, and Hong Kong.
Prior to this appointment, Sara served as HR Director and HR Business Partner at Avalere Health for four years. During her tenure, she led people strategies that supported business growth, employee engagement, and structural transformation, contributing significantly to the company’s expansion in the healthcare communications space.
Previously, she was HR Director and HR Manager at The Hive Health, where she spent six years overseeing all aspects of the HR function and helped integrate the business following its acquisition by Fishawack Health (now Avalere Health). Her focus on talent management, compensation planning, and change management laid a strong foundation for the company’s growth.
Earlier in her career, Sara held senior HR leadership roles at Eaglemoss Publishing Group, The Jamie Oliver Group, The Ritz London, and The Waldorf Hotel London. At each organization, she played a key role in developing HR frameworks, implementing talent and performance strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
