United States, June 2025 – Halaveshia H. has been appointed as Head of Human Resources – Americas at The DDC Group, a leading global Business Process Management (BPM) firm. In this strategic leadership role, she will oversee HR operations across the Americas, driving people-centric solutions, organizational development, and workforce transformation in support of DDC’s diverse client portfolio.
Before joining The DDC Group, Halaveshia most recently served as Talent Development Manager at RoadSafe Traffic Systems, where she led performance management, leadership development, and career progression initiatives. Prior to that, she was the Human Resources Business Partner at RoadSafe for over a year, supporting change management, compliance, and employee engagement across field operations.
Earlier, she held consulting and HR leadership roles including Chief of Staff & HR Consultant at LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH AND MINISTRIES, where she restructured HR processes and SOPs, and LOA Specialist at Loomis US, where she managed leave and compliance-related HR matters. She also served as Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot for over eight years, where she gained extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and operational leadership.
In parallel with her corporate career, Halaveshia has made a significant impact as Co-Founder of Meeting In the Ladies Room Women Seminars, a women empowerment initiative, and as a self-published author of a 30-day women’s prayer devotional—demonstrating her commitment to purpose-driven leadership and community engagement.
