Singapore, December 2024 – Ravi Nippani has rejoined Mercer Asia as the Industries and Forums Career Leader. In this pivotal role, Ravi will lead a team of industry experts to strengthen Mercer’s thought leadership and advisory services in Talent & Rewards for its largest global and regional clients. Ravi brings nearly 20 years of consulting and HR experience, having worked across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and North America with a diverse range of organizations, including large corporations and pre-IPO businesses. Notably, he has contributed significantly to HR transformation, talent management, and rewards strategies, positioning him as a leading voice in the industry.

Prior to rejoining Mercer, Ravi served as Associate Partner at Aon, where he spearheaded people advisory practices in Southeast Asia and led initiatives in the technology and life sciences sectors. His tenure at Aon was marked by the successful launch of innovative HR solutions and advisory services.

Ravi also served as Director at Radford Data & Analytics, where he led the talent consulting P&L for APAC and MEA, advising on performance and rewards management, post-M&A integration, and HR transformation for multinational corporations and startups.

Ravi’s first tenure at Mercer spanned nearly six years as Team Lead/Senior Consultant, during which he played a critical role in developing and delivering global solutions for industries such as high-tech, consumer durables, and pharmaceuticals.

Earlier in his career, Ravi held various leadership roles at Mahindra Satyam, managing HR operations for Africa and Continental Europe and overseeing compensation and benefits strategies.
