Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2026 —Ravi Parkash has started a new position as Vice President Human Resources at Tenon Group, marking a significant leadership milestone in his HR career.
In this role, Ravi will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on people management, succession planning, process excellence, and strengthening the Group’s talent framework across its integrated security, facility management, and e-surveillance businesses.
Ravi rejoins Tenon Group’s senior leadership after most recently serving as Group Head Human Resources at GroupL Services, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy and operations across geographies. His tenure there focused on strengthening HR governance, driving organizational effectiveness, and building scalable people systems to support business growth.
Prior to that, he spent nearly five years at Tenon Group, progressing from Sr. Manager to Deputy General Manager, where he contributed to succession planning, people management initiatives, and process improvement across business units.
Earlier in his career, Ravi held HR leadership roles at UNO MINDA Group, BEUMER India Pvt. Ltd., and Sandhar Components Ltd, gaining extensive experience in training and development, recruitment and selection, performance management systems (PMS), MIS, administration, and organizational development.
His appointment reinforces Tenon Group’s continued commitment to strengthening its people strategy and operational excellence across India, Singapore, and the UK.
