Kolkata, May 2024 – Salarpuria Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Ravi Singh as Group President Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership and transformation, Ravi will oversee Salarpuria’s HR strategy, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Salarpuria Group, Ravi served as GM & Head People, Facilities & Marketing at Digivriddhi Technologies Private Limited from October 2021 to January 2024. He played a pivotal role in setting up the HR, facilities, and marketing divisions, taking the company from the nascent stage through to Series A funding. Ravi defined the manpower strategy and five-year budget forecast, successfully adhering to business projections.
From May 2010 to October 2021, Ravi was Head – Talent Acquisition & HR Transformation at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), where he managed strategic HR initiatives for over 1200 employees across five locations. He implemented talent acquisition strategies, policy frameworks, and employee engagement programs, significantly contributing to NPCI’s growth.
Earlier in his career, Ravi held roles at Serco as Regional HR Lead (December 2009 to April 2010), Radisson as Human Resource Manager (2008 to 2009), and WNS Global Services as Assistant Manager-HR (January 2006 to August 2008). He managed core HR functions, including employee onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
Ravi began his career as an HR Officer at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), where he gained experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
