Rebecca has been with Paylocity for over six years, steadily advancing through various roles within the talent acquisition team. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior Sales Talent Acquisition Manager, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of Paylocity’s sales teams. Before that, she held positions as a Sales Talent Acquisition Manager and Sales Talent Acquisition Lead, where she honed her skills in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top sales professionals.
Before joining Paylocity, Rebecca worked at The Bolton Group as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, she specialized in accounting, finance, and supply chain recruitment, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leading search firm in these areas. Rebecca’s ability to match top talent with key organizational needs helped The Bolton Group maintain its competitive edge in the recruitment industry.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca gained valuable experience at Robert Half International, where she held several leadership roles, including Director of Permanent Placement Services and Division Director. During her seven years at Robert Half, Rebecca developed a deep understanding of the recruitment industry and consistently delivered high-quality candidates to meet the needs of her clients. Her journey in recruitment began with Paychex as a Sales Representative, where she built a strong foundation in sales and client relations.
