Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, United States, August 2024 – Anthony L. has been appointed as the Director of Talent & Culture at PGA TOUR, where he will be responsible for leading HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment at the organization’s headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Before joining PGA TOUR, Anthony served as the Vice President of Human Resources at GLC Group for nearly two years, where he was instrumental in driving HR strategy and project management initiatives at the Weston, Florida-based company.
Prior to that, Anthony was the Director of Human Resources at Memorial Healthcare System for approximately four years, where he focused on developing HR strategies to support the organization’s growth and operational goals.
Anthony also brings valuable experience from his role as Director of Human Resources at Spirit Airlines, where he worked for over four years. In this role, he played a key part in enhancing HR processes and systems to align with the company’s rapid expansion.
His earlier career includes HR leadership positions at CVS Health, PepsiCo, Shell Oil Company, and RadioShack, where he gained extensive experience in HR strategy, project management, and employee engagement across various industries.
