Hyderabad, Telangana, India, September 2025 — Reena Dhir Arora has joined Sagility as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition, bringing nearly two decades of experience in human resources, strategic hiring, and recruitment leadership across the healthcare and IT-enabled services sectors. In her new role, Reena will lead Sagility’s recruitment strategy and workforce planning, supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to talent excellence.
Prior to joining Sagility, Reena was Head of Talent Acquisition – Technology & Shared Services at Providence India, where she played a pivotal role in scaling hiring operations and streamlining recruitment processes to align with business expansion. Her tenure at Providence reflected her expertise in building robust talent pipelines across technology and support functions.
Before Providence, Reena spent over eight years at Optum, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager – Talent Acquisition. She was instrumental in managing high-volume recruitment and global talent initiatives, with a strong focus on strategic HR, vendor management, and team leadership.
Earlier, Reena worked with Sutherland Healthcare Solutions as Manager – Talent Acquisition, and held recruitment leadership roles at Profinders HR Services and Jobs Avenue HR Services. She began her career at Mahindra Satyam BPO and Startek India (Aegis Global), building a strong foundation in people leadership and outbound talent operations.
Reena holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, further complementing her extensive experience with formal HR education.
