Delhi, India, January 2026 — Reeti Pandey has been promoted to Talent Lead – Global and India (Executive Manager) at Clifford Chance, marking a significant leadership milestone in her nearly five-year journey with the firm. In her new role, Reeti will spearhead talent strategy across both global and Indian operations, leveraging her rich expertise in HR business partnering and talent management to drive organizational growth and capability development.

Since joining Clifford Chance in May 2019, Reeti has held progressive roles—beginning as Senior Manager – HR, and then serving as Senior Global Talent Manager on an international assignment before her current elevation. Her experience leading global talent initiatives has uniquely positioned her to guide both regional and cross-border people strategies.

Before Clifford Chance, Reeti held key HR leadership roles at BIBA Apparels, where she served as Corporate Lead HRBP. She led strategic initiatives including competency frameworks, performance management systems, sales incentive plans, and leadership development frameworks. She also played a pivotal role in launching a new rewards and recognition program, formulating career development plans, and driving several organization development interventions across BIBA and its brand, Rangriti.

Earlier in her career, Reeti worked at Mahindra Susten, where she began in project control and later moved into project management. There, she successfully delivered on-grid and off-grid solar projects and was an active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council, helping the organization build a more inclusive workforce.

Reeti holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and has also attended the Indian School of Business (ISB). At NMIMS, she was part of both the HR Cell (Hruday) and the Industry Institute Partnership Cell, reflecting her deep commitment to academia-industry collaboration.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
