Austin, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Regina Williams-Nettleton has been promoted to Vice President, People at ICON, a leading innovator in construction technology. In this new role, she will oversee ICON’s people strategy and organizational culture as the company continues its mission to revolutionize homebuilding through 3D printing, robotics, and AI.
Over the past year, Regina served as Head of People & Rewards at ICON, where she played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive talent and total rewards framework aligned with the company’s growth and innovation goals. Prior to that, she held the position of Director, Total Rewards & People Programs, where she led people analytics, compensation, benefits, and talent initiatives that empowered ICON’s teams across functions and geographies.
Her journey at ICON began as Director, Human Resources, where she led strategic HR initiatives that supported the company’s scaling efforts and built foundational people programs. Her leadership helped shape the employee experience in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment.
Before joining ICON, Regina spent nearly three years at Outdoor Voices, where she held progressively senior roles, including Director of Human Resources, and was instrumental in developing HR systems and leading field and corporate HR operations. Her earlier career includes experience in talent acquisition and HR administration roles at Design Within Reach and Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC, which gave her a well-rounded foundation in people practices and business alignment.
