United States, June 2026 — Reliable Medical has announced the appointment of Lisa Parent as Chief Revenue Cycle Officer (CRCO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the organization continues to enhance operational excellence and financial performance across its healthcare services business.
Parent brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, billing operations, payer relations, credentialing, revenue optimization, and process transformation across providers, health systems, and healthcare organizations.
In her new role, she will lead Reliable Medical’s revenue cycle strategy and operations, supporting the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions while driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer service excellence.
Prior to joining Reliable Medical, Parent served as Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Optimization at Confluent Health, where she led initiatives focused on revenue cycle performance improvement and operational effectiveness.
Earlier, she served as Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at Pivot Health Solutions, where she held enterprise-wide responsibility for revenue cycle operations supporting more than 275 outpatient physical therapy and occupational medicine clinics. During her tenure, she oversaw front-office operations, managed care contracting, payer enrollment and credentialing, business intelligence, billing operations, and revenue cycle functions supporting approximately $175 million in annual net service revenue.
Before Pivot Health Solutions, Parent served as Senior Director, Professional Fee Revenue Cycle at University of Maryland Medical System, where she led revenue cycle operations supporting more than 700 employed clinical providers and managed approximately $170 million in annual charges. She successfully led organizational improvements focused on accounts receivable management, performance measurement, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement.
Her previous experience also includes leadership roles at Stanford Health Care, where she served as Director, Professional Billing Organization, overseeing professional billing operations supporting hundreds of clinical providers, as well as senior leadership positions with Singulex, Kaiser Permanente, and Health Diagnostics.
Throughout her career, Parent has built a strong reputation for driving process improvement, strengthening financial performance, leading operational transformation, enhancing revenue cycle effectiveness, and building high-performing teams.
