Lithuania, December 2024 – Renata Radvilė has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at KIKA GROUP, a rapidly growing conglomerate with over 33 years of industry leadership. Renata will spearhead HR strategies across the group’s diverse businesses, focusing on talent development, organizational growth, and fostering a high-performing, people-centric culture.
Before joining KIKA GROUP, Renata served as Managing Partner and CHRO at Eligo Partners for two years, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving operational efficiency.
At Imlitex Holdings, she held the position of Head of HR for over five years, overseeing HR operations across the company’s multifaceted business units. Her tenure at MTTC as Head of HR demonstrated her ability to lead HR practices in dynamic and innovative environments.
Renata also served as HR Director at AB Kauno Tiltai, a leading construction company, and was a Head of HR and Member of the Board at Nesė Group, where she shaped strategic HR initiatives for nearly nine years.
