Renee Lach Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Velo3D

Fremont, California, United States, June 2025 – Renee Lach has joined Velo3D as Head of Human Resources, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational development. In this leadership role, Renee will oversee all HR functions for Velo3D, supporting the company’s mission to deliver integrated metal 3D printing solutions for critical industries.

Prior to joining Velo3D, Renee had an impactful tenure at SolarEdge Technologies spanning nearly a decade. She most recently served as Senior Director of Human Resources – North America, where she provided strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement. Renee also played a vital role in policy formulation, compliance, and implementation of new HR systems, while leading the recruitment and retention of top talent across the region.

Before her promotion to Senior Director, Renee was Director of Human Resources – North America at SolarEdge Technologies, spearheading total rewards strategies, learning and development, and HR operations for over eight years. She had previously managed HR as Sr. Manager, Human Resources – North America, developing and launching employee wellness programs, performance management, and benefits administration.

Earlier in her career, Renee built her HR expertise at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. as Senior HR Consultant, at SMTC Corporation as Senior HR Manager, and at Nova Measuring Instruments, Inc. as Human Resources Manager, where she successfully led HR operations, compliance, and employee development programs. Her foundational HR experience was shaped through roles at PMC Sierra Inc. (now Microsemi) and PWP Manufacturing, where she managed staffing, benefits administration, and supported IPO processes.

Throughout her career, Renee has demonstrated excellence in strategic planning, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits design, and building inclusive, high-performing teams across diverse technology-driven organizations.
