Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands – September 2024 – Renee Terpstra has been appointed as the new Head of People at Growy. In her new role, she will lead the company’s HR strategies, focusing on employee experience, talent management, and organizational development.
Renee Terpstra recently served as the Head of Employee Experience & Development at Crisp for approximately 1 year and 10 months. In this role, she led the Employee Experience & Development team, developed and executed L&D strategies, and improved the core value framework.
Prior to this, she took a maternity leave from Crisp for about 5 months. Before her leave, Renee was the Head of Customer & Employee Experience at Crisp for around 1 year, where she implemented eNPS cycles and advised on employee engagement topics.
Renee also held the position of Head of Service at Crisp for approximately 1 year and 7 months. She managed a large service team, automated processes to enhance scalability, and implemented feedback systems to improve customer experience.
Earlier, she worked as a Service Lead at Crisp for about 1 year and 4 months, where she grew the service team significantly and developed customer experience strategies.
Renee’s career also includes roles as a Manager at YourConnector for approximately 1 year and 9 months, and as a Team Lead / Project Coordinator Customer Care at HelloFresh Benelux for about 1 year and 8 months. She started her career with roles as a Junior Consultant at Het Zuiderlicht and as an Intern (MSc Thesis) at Gasunie.
