April 2024, USA – IVA’AL Solutions, LLC has announced the appointment of Renée W. McHenry as their new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Bringing over two decades of comprehensive human resources experience, McHenry is set to enhance the firm’s strategic initiatives and bolster its workforce capabilities. Her strategic vision is expected to align closely with IVA’AL’s commitment to cutting-edge solutions and customer satisfaction.
Previously, McHenry served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cycurion, where she was instrumental in steering HR operations from May 2018 until April 2024. Here, she led significant projects focused on client-specific challenges, HR initiatives, and performance management systems which supported the company’s rapid growth and operational goals.
Prior to her tenure at Cycurion, McHenry directed human resources and administration at Rolyn Companies, Inc. from May 2016 to May 2018. During this period, she was responsible for talent management, staffing, and the implementation of strategic HR management strategies that supported the company’s national operations.
Before joining Rolyn Companies, she enhanced human resources functions at Archura, LLC from January 2005 to May 2016, where she developed and supported human capital goals and managed mergers and acquisitions, including training for new executives and management.
Her earlier experiences include impactful roles at Netcom Solutions International, where she led HR and administration, focusing on compliance and performance management systems, further showcasing her deep expertise in human resources management.
