“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President Human Resources at PRIMO CHEMICALS LIMITED !!” Marwah expressed. His vast experience in strategic HR management will be invaluable to the company as it continues to expand and innovate.

Before joining PRIMO CHEMICALS, Marwah served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Satin Creditcare Network Limited, where from April 2016 to January 2024, he played a pivotal role in shaping HR policies and practices to support significant business transformations.

Prior to that, Marwah was associated with Poonawalla Fincorp as Vice President of HR from February 2012 to March 2016. Here, he led comprehensive HR initiatives that markedly enhanced the company’s organizational effectiveness and employee engagement strategies.

Earlier, Marwah held the role of Vice President of HR at ICICI Securities. During his tenure from June 2010 to February 2012, he was instrumental in restructuring HR operations to better support business objectives and workforce needs.

His roles before ICICI Securities include significant leadership positions at Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Ind-Swift Ltd, where he was responsible for major HR functions such as talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic HR planning.

Throughout his career, Marwah has demonstrated a robust capability in managing complex HR operations, developing progressive HR frameworks, and leading transformative initiatives that align with corporate strategies. His strategic vision has consistently contributed to the nurturing of productive, engaged, and highly motivated workforces.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
