Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee has started her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd. With a focus on fostering a people-first work culture, Richa is set to lead HR strategies that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth at ManipalCigna.
Before joining ManipalCigna Health Insurance, Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee served as President and CHRO at India Infoline Finance Limited for nearly 3 years, where she successfully led the company’s HR strategy, focusing on diversity & inclusion, ESG initiatives, and HR transformation.
Richa also held the position of Head HR, Digital, Print and Publishing business at Network18 Media & Investments Limited for over 3 years, where she was responsible for driving workforce planning, employee experience, and leadership development.
At Viacom18 Media Private Limited, Richa spent almost 4 years, advancing from Senior Director to Associate Director – HR, contributing significantly to talent management, organizational design, and change management across the company’s business units.
Earlier in her career, Richa worked at The Boston Consulting Group for close to 6 years, where she led a diverse range of HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and global mobility services. She also gained experience at Tata Motors as Manager – Corporate HR, where she managed performance evaluation processes for over 7,000 employees.
