In this new role, Richard will drive the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational culture, and HR operations across finova’s global workforce.
Prior to joining finova, Richard Bolger served as Chief Human Resources Officer at FNZ Group for nearly a decade, leading HR initiatives across the organization. He was instrumental in developing global HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing innovative talent management frameworks.
Earlier, Richard worked as the HR Director UK & Europe at FNZ Group, where he managed HR operations and strategic planning across the region. He also served as the Group Head of Reward, focusing on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Before his tenure at FNZ Group, Richard was the Interim HR Director UK & Ireland at Equifax, where he managed HR functions during a period of organizational change, implementing HR solutions that supported business continuity and employee welfare.
Richard’s HR journey began with roles as an HR Business Partner at Raytheon UK and Rockwell Collins, where he provided HR support across various functions, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
