Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, October 2025 — Rick Angeli has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Aruza Pest Control, where he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives during a phase of rapid growth and expansion.
Rick joined Aruza Pest Control in December 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources, where he helped build HR frameworks to support the company’s evolving workforce. His leadership in areas such as compliance, benefits design, and employee engagement paved the way for his elevation to CHRO.
Before joining Aruza, Rick spent nearly eight years at NSI Industries LLC, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources, where he was instrumental in facilitating 12 acquisitions, driving a tenfold increase in sales, and successfully integrating over 1,100 employees. His work in restructuring benefits, strengthening compliance frameworks, and developing high-performing teams contributed to measurable reductions in turnover and enhanced employee morale.
Earlier, Rick held multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Elster Rometrics and Human Resources Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Boral, Expertech Network Installation Inc., and Kidde (a division of United Technologies Corporation). He also began his career in HR at Nortel Networks and Alltel Wireless, where he established foundational expertise in HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
With over 25 years of HR leadership across industries, Rick brings a proven track record of building HR functions through transformative growth and acquisition-led environments. His expertise in organizational realignment, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives makes him well-positioned to support Aruza’s continued expansion.
