Before stepping into her role as CHRO in February 2024, Reinikė served as an HR Manager at Valyuz, where she significantly contributed to developing and implementing comprehensive HR initiatives across Lithuania, Malta, and Cyprus. Her efforts in establishing HR policies and procedures, streamlining the recruitment process, and innovating employee benefits programs have laid a strong foundation for her leadership.
Reinikė’s journey in the HR field is marked by a series of impactful positions, including her role as a Senior People Experience Professional at Luminor Group, where she managed HR operations across the Baltic region, and her tenure as an HR Specialist at The Citco Group Limited, focusing on HR operations for Lithuania and Mauritius. Her freelance work as an HR/Employment Law Consultant further solidified her expertise in providing HR consultancy and legal support to various organizations.
