Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Rishi Kapoor has joined WPP Media as Head – Talent Acquisition & Resource Management – South Asia. In this pivotal leadership role, Rishi will spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition and resource management strategies for the region, aligning with WPP Media’s growth and transformation agenda across its global media network.
Prior to joining WPP Media, Rishi served as Vice President – APAC Talent Acquisition & Staffing at Material, where he led hiring strategy and workforce planning across geographies. His role involved driving a hybrid recruitment model, fostering scalability, and improving talent acquisition capabilities across Asia Pacific.
Before Material, Rishi had a distinguished 12-year tenure at Publicis Sapient, where he held various roles, culminating in his position as Director – Talent Acquisition. During his time at Publicis Sapient, he played a key role in global hiring across Singapore and Japan, led campus programs for top engineering and business schools, and was instrumental in advancing technology transformation, DEI hiring, and CSR initiatives. His expertise spanned digital, data, cloud, and product engineering talent segments.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years at Corbus, LLC as Manager – Talent Acquisition & Development, managing training and people development initiatives alongside recruitment. He also worked with FCS Inc., Techroots Solutions, and GEO Connect, gaining solid experience in executive recruitment, quality control, client engagement, and business development.
