New Delhi, India, February 2025 – TARC India has appointed Rita Misra as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its commitment to strengthening its people strategy and organizational transformation. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Misra brings a deep understanding of talent management, workforce strategy, and business transformation within the real estate and corporate sectors.
Before joining TARC India, Misra served as Head HR – North & East at Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd., where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and implementing talent frameworks across multiple locations.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles at JLL, where she led HR for PDS & Emerging Businesses and Outsourced Staffing & L&D for Work Dynamics. She has also worked in senior HR positions at Aon, Genpact, and AOL, building her expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion.
In her new role at TARC India, Misra will focus on strengthening HR frameworks, optimizing talent strategies, and aligning workforce planning with business growth. Her leadership is expected to drive a high-performance culture, enhance employer branding, and support the company’s long-term vision.
