Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Lloyds Technology Centre India, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, has announced the appointment of Ritesh Jha as Head of Talent Acquisition. With over two decades of experience leading global talent and HR functions across financial services, technology, and consulting, Ritesh brings a wealth of expertise in scaling high-performing recruitment teams and driving talent transformation.
In his new role, Ritesh will lead Lloyds Technology Centre’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on building world-class technology teams, strengthening the organization’s talent ecosystem, and supporting its innovation-led growth agenda in alignment with Lloyds Banking Group’s £4 billion investment plan to enhance digital capabilities by 2026.
Before joining Lloyds Technology Centre, Ritesh served as Senior Vice President – Tech Recruiting Asia at Citi India, where he led strategic hiring programs across Asia. His role encompassed automation, location strategy, DEI, and the development of new-age technology centres of excellence, reinforcing Citi’s position as a global technology employer of choice.
Earlier, he was Talent Acquisition Head for India and the Philippines and Global TA Head for the BPO division at FIS, where he built integrated recruitment frameworks and strengthened delivery operations across regions. At Allegis Global Solutions, Ritesh led the BFSI Practice, scaling delivery to over 6,000 hires annually while driving large-scale TA transformation, automation, and employer branding initiatives.
Previously, Ritesh held key leadership roles at Info Edge India Ltd, GE, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sun Life Financial, and Infosys. Across these organizations, he contributed significantly to organizational capability building, leadership hiring, and recruitment centre of excellence development. His diverse background across industries has shaped his deep understanding of talent dynamics and business alignment.
Ritesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bangalore University. His early work as a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach also adds a unique dimension to his people-centric approach, emphasizing wellbeing, balance, and performance.
