In her new role, Ritika will drive digital transformation strategies, oversee campaign innovation, and focus on delivering measurable business impact for clients through cutting-edge digital solutions.
Before joining FCB Interface, Ritika Malhotra served as Head of Digital at Wondrlab India for nearly a year, where she led high-impact digital campaigns and played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s digital capabilities.
Prior to Wondrlab, Ritika spent over eight years at FCB Kinnect in various leadership roles, including Vice President – West and Associate Vice President. She was instrumental in winning multiple awards, including 9 Cannes Lions for the #Chatpat campaign, and led business operations for the West region while focusing on strategic partnerships and consumer insights.
Earlier in her career, Ritika held positions at VML, Coolfire, and Propaganda India, where she contributed to digital strategy, client servicing, and project management, showcasing her depth of experience in the digital marketing landscape.
