Delhi, India, June 2024 – Ritika Singh has been appointed as the new Regional Head of Human Resources at Ecom Express Limited. With a career spanning over three years at Ecom Express, Ritika brings extensive experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition to her new role.
Ritika Singh has been an integral part of Ecom Express Limited since September 2020. Before taking on her new role, she served as the Human Resources Business Partner from April 2023 to June 2024, where she led talent acquisition and HR business partnering for various departments at the corporate office. Prior to this, Ritika was the Talent Acquisition Lead from September 2020 to March 2023, overseeing recruitment for sales, operations, support functions, customer service, and more across India.
Before joining Ecom Express, Ritika worked as a Human Resources Manager at KlinicApp.com from November 2018 to September 2020. Her earlier roles include Senior Associate Human Resource at TRUGEN PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED and Human Resources Associate at Magnon eg+. Ritika began her career with internships at afaqs! and Dainik Jagran, gaining valuable experience in HR and business operations.
