Kolkata, West Bengal, India, January 2026 – Rittika Chakraborty has been appointed as Regional Manager – Business HR – Retail Finance Business and Operations (East Zone) at Tata Capital. In her expanded leadership role, she will drive people strategy, workforce engagement and HR governance across Tata Capital’s retail finance operations in Eastern India.
Rittika Chakraborty has built a strong HR leadership career spanning over a decade across financial services and recruitment consulting. She has spent more than eight years at Tata Capital, most recently serving as Senior Manager – Human Resource and earlier as Business HR Manager, where she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, business partnering, talent management and employee engagement across retail finance functions in the Greater Kolkata region.
Before joining Tata Capital, she worked with BK Birla Group in HR operations and earlier served as Manager – Recruitment at Supact HR Services, managing end-to-end recruitment engagements across FMCG, engineering, telecom and banking sectors. She also held HR consulting roles at ZEDPOINT Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., building her foundation in talent acquisition and HR advisory services.
