Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 — Spectra has announced the re-joining of Ritu Arora as Head of Training and Development, where she will lead the organization’s learning agenda focused on building a future-ready workforce. In her new assignment, Ritu will be responsible for shaping comprehensive training strategies aligned with Spectra’s long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and partnering closely with business leaders to address evolving skill needs across the organization.
Sharing her thoughts on the move, Ritu Arora expressed that she is deeply honored to lead the Training & Development function at Spectra as the organization looks ahead to strengthening its people capabilities and creating scalable, ROI-driven learning ecosystems for 2026 and beyond.
Before re-joining Spectra, Ritu served at Cognizant as Deputy General Manager – Training, where she spent over three years leading enterprise-scale training delivery, people management initiatives, and technical and functional learning programs, while strengthening structured instructor-led and digital training ecosystems across large teams.
Earlier, she spent close to four years at Spectra as AGM – Training & Contact Centre – CE&A, where she led end-to-end learning, content and knowledge management operations, championed Spectra’s culture and values, governed outsourced partner training programs, and designed transformational learning interventions aligned with business goals.
She also brought entrepreneurial experience as Founding Member & Head of Business Operations at Inner Truth Consulting Services, following senior leadership roles at GLOBAL ACT and Centum Learning Ltd, where she spent several years building national-scale learning strategies, managing P&L and large trainer ecosystems, and delivering multi-vertical capability programs across telecom, retail and BPO environments.
Her early career includes leadership roles in training and quality at AEGIS BPO, Hutch, Pinnacle BPO, and Teleperformance India, giving her a strong operational foundation in large-scale people development, performance improvement, and quality systems.
