Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, June 2025 – Ritu Tiwari has joined NetAmbit as Vice President of Learning and Development, taking on the responsibility of leading and transforming the organization’s learning function. In this new capacity, Ritu will oversee executive development, employee learning initiatives, and the design and management of innovative learning and development solutions to support organizational growth and capability building.
Before this appointment, Ritu held multiple leadership roles at NetAmbit Value First Services over more than three years, most recently as Deputy Vice President, where she championed leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and advanced training initiatives. Her prior roles at the company included Associate Vice President, focused on talent development and interpersonal skills enhancement.
Earlier, Ritu served as Head of Training Department at Soothe Healthcare, where she led cross-functional teams and managed performance-focused training for FMCG sales. Her experience includes being Training Manager at Talentedge_In, where she implemented constructive feedback practices and facilitated development programs. She also contributed significantly to Aakash Educational Services Limited as Manager Training and Assistant Manager Training, guiding teams and driving impactful learning strategies.
Ritu’s earlier experience spans roles at Etisal International India, WNS Global Services (including operations and training leadership), HCL Technologies, and Vanguard, with a consistent focus on learning, development, and team management. She holds an MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a specialization in Talent Management from XLRI.
