Nashville, Tennessee, United States, February 2025 – Robin Hirsch Everhart has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at SpecialtyCare. In this role, she will oversee the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, Robin Hirsch Everhart previously served as Global Chief People Officer at Ideal Clamp Products, Inc., where she played a pivotal role in driving a high-performance culture, managing internal communications, and overseeing M&A integration. Before that, she was Senior Vice President, CHRO, and Transformation Officer at LP Building Solutions, where she led the company’s global people strategy, talent development, and change management efforts.
Prior to her tenure at LP Building Solutions, Everhart spent over 14 years at Cintas, where she served in multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer. At Cintas, she developed and implemented enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives, strengthened talent acquisition programs, and played a key role in shaping the company’s employer brand. She also held the role of Group Vice President of Operations – First Aid and Safety Business, where she successfully drove business growth and profitability.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Winn-Dixie Stores and The Home Depot, focusing on corporate compliance, talent management, and strategic HR operations. She currently serves as an Independent Director at Thompson Safety, contributing to the Compensation and Audit Committee. With her expertise in HR strategy, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness, she is well-positioned to lead SpecialtyCare’s workforce strategies.
