Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Procter & Gamble India has appointed Robin T. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 1, 2026. The appointment reinforces the company’s continued focus on leadership development and workforce strategy in one of its key growth markets.
In his new role, Thadathil will lead the HR function in India, overseeing talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and employee experience. The move aligns with P&G’s long-standing philosophy of building strong internal leadership pipelines while adapting to evolving skill demands and accelerating digital transformation across its workforce.
In his current role at Procter & Gamble, Robin Thadathil most recently served as Senior Director Human Resources, leading HR for the Singapore site and the Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam cluster, managing talent strategy and organizational effectiveness across multiple markets.
Prior to this, he served as Human Resources Director for the Club and Amazon teams and the Seattle site, where he acted as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership, supporting a multi-billion-dollar business and driving HR initiatives across key customer-facing functions.
Earlier, he was Managing Director – Human Resources for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Plants in Indonesia, where he led HR for large-scale manufacturing operations, overseeing workforce management, organizational capability, and plant-level leadership development.
He also held the role of Regional HR Leader for Product Supply in Southeast Asia, managing HR across multiple countries and leading talent development programs, cross-border exchange initiatives, and capability-building strategies for over 1,000 employees.
In earlier roles within P&G, he served as Head of HR for Malaysia & Singapore and held multiple HR business partner and operations leadership positions across ASEAN, focusing on employee relations, talent management, compensation strategy, and organizational design. His early career included roles at STMicroelectronics and an internship with UBS Investment Bank, building a strong foundation in operations and analytics.
Thadathil holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
