In this key leadership role, Rod will oversee Vestis’s global human resources strategy, focusing on building a culture of excellence, strengthening talent engagement, and driving the company’s continued growth across North America.

With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Rod brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, culture building, and strategic workforce management across large-scale industrial and manufacturing environments. His appointment reinforces Vestis’s commitment to fostering a people-centric culture that empowers its employees and enables them to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Before joining Vestis Corporation, Rod served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources (CHRO) at Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring manufacturer with over 40,000 employees. During his tenure, he led global HR strategy, culture transformation, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple geographies. Earlier, as Vice President of Human Resources for Mohawk’s Flooring North America business, he managed HR operations for five business units generating over $4.5 billion in sales.

Rod’s earlier experience at Oshkosh Corporation spanned over 12 years, where he held several leadership positions including Vice President of Human Resources for the Defense Segment and Vice President of Corporate Talent Development, driving major initiatives in leadership capability building and organizational design. He also held key HR roles at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Auburn Consolidated Industries, and Cargill, strengthening his expertise in manufacturing, defense, and industrial operations.

Throughout his career, Rod has been recognized for his ability to lead cultural transformation, align people strategy with business objectives, and create environments where talent thrives.
