Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Rohan Nabar has joined Digitide as the new Vice President, Talent Development & Learning, where he will lead the company’s people development strategy, bringing a future-forward approach to learning design, leadership development, and capability building in alignment with business transformation goals.
Prior to this appointment, Rohan served as Vice President – Group Head, Talent Development & Learning at Quess Corp Limited, where he led the design and execution of organization-wide talent and learning strategies for over two years. His work focused on organizational strategy and future skilling at scale, making a significant impact on Quess’s capability-building agenda.
Before that, Rohan worked at KNOLSKAPE as Head, Talent Consulting, where he helped organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys through experiential learning frameworks and leadership programs. He also partnered with firms like Swiggy, UBQT Design Thinking School, and The Painted Sky as a Senior Facilitator and Leadership Development Consultant, bringing human-centered design to learning and coaching interventions.
In an earlier chapter of his career, Rohan spent over five years with the ZEISS Group, first as Head of Talent Development for India and later as Head, Learning & Development for Asia Pacific, where he built high-impact learning organizations and drove pan-regional talent initiatives. His prior experiences also include leadership roles at Thomas Assessments, Larsen & Toubro Infotech, and EmmayHR, with a consistent focus on driving performance through learning.
