Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 – Giesecke+Devrient India Private Limited (G+D) has appointed Rohit Mogra as Head Human Resources – India, strengthening its leadership as the company continues to expand its footprint in security technology and digital trust solutions.
In this role, Mogra will lead the people strategy for G+D India, focusing on building a performance-driven culture, strengthening people practices, enhancing organizational excellence, and fostering a customer-centric mindset. His appointment aligns with G+D’s vision of shaping trust in the digital age through innovation and strong organizational capabilities.
Prior to joining Giesecke+Devrient, Mogra spent over nine years at Deutsche Bank, where he most recently served as Global Human Resources Business Partner – Technology Centers & Corporate Functions Technology Group. In this role, he led the people agenda across global technology centers spanning Germany, the United States, India, and Romania, while also partnering with the global CIO organization for corporate functions technology.
Earlier at Deutsche Bank, he held multiple leadership roles including Head HR – India Technology Team & Pune Site HR Head and Head HR for Risk, Asset Management, Compliance, AFC, and KYC teams, where he led HR strategy across complex business functions and large-scale operations.
Before Deutsche Bank, Mogra served as Director HR at Myntra, where he led HR for Logistics and Customer Experience functions, managing large distributed teams across multiple cities. He also held HR leadership roles at Bharti Airtel Limited, where he served as Head HR for Karnataka and Rajasthan, and earlier as an HR Business Partner, contributing to large-scale telecom operations.
His earlier career includes roles at Genpact and Bosch, where he built strong experience in employee relations and human resources management across industrial and services sectors.
Mogra holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDBM in Human Resources from Indo-German Training Centre.
