Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, March 2025 – Ronald Sarran has been appointed as Vice President, People and Culture at Paradigm Consulting Group. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s people strategy, fostering employee engagement, professional development, and cultural initiatives that align with Paradigm’s mission of optimizing business processes and technology investments.
Sarran has been with Paradigm Consulting Group for over three years, previously serving as Director, Strategy, People and Culture. In this role, he played a critical part in developing a High Impact Consultant Care Program, focused on employee engagement, talent retention, and leadership development. His initiatives have strengthened Paradigm’s commitment to fostering a people-centric work environment.
Before joining Paradigm, Sarran spent over two years at Economic Development Winnipeg, where he served as Manager, Market Intelligence and Organizational Development. In this role, he led research and strategy initiatives to analyze industry trends and strengthen Winnipeg’s business value proposition. Additionally, he facilitated strategic planning and professional development programs for the organization’s staff.
Prior to Economic Development Winnipeg, Sarran held leadership roles at Wawanesa Insurance, where he was Supervisor, Learning and Development, responsible for overseeing training programs that supported enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives. He also served as an Adult Education Instructor for Seven Oaks School Division, where he designed and delivered educational programs to help professionals advance their careers through skill-building initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Sarran was Director, Royal Service Academy at Princess Auto Ltd., where he led training and development programs to align with the company’s business strategies. He also spent over 11 years at MTS, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Learning Excellence Manager and Manager, Finance and Business Planning, focusing on leadership development, financial management, and workforce transformation.
