Sydney, Australia, March 2026 – Moët Hennessy has appointed Rosalie Katsinas as Director, Learning & Development APAC, strengthening its leadership as it continues to invest in talent development and capability building across the region.
In her new role, Rosalie will lead the learning and development agenda across APAC, focusing on building leadership capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and enabling business growth through people development.
In her current role at Moët Hennessy, Rosalie Katsinas takes on the responsibility of leading Learning & Development across the APAC region, working closely with leadership teams to strengthen capability and drive a high-performance culture.
Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at IHG Hotels & Resorts in multiple leadership roles, most recently as Global Director – Corporate Learning, where she built and led a global learning function, driving enterprise-wide learning strategies, managing international programs, and leading cross-functional teams across regions.
Earlier at IHG, she served as Director – Learning & Development for Australasia & Japan and EMEAA Leadership Development, where she designed and implemented large-scale learning strategies across 100+ hotels, supporting leadership capability and operational performance.
She also held roles as Manager – Learning & Development across Australasia, Japan, and South Pacific Resorts, where she led regional training initiatives, succession planning programs, and capability development frameworks across diverse markets.
In the earlier phase of her career, Rosalie worked as a Learning & Development Consultant at Talkforce and held leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, building deep expertise in training design, stakeholder engagement, and adult learning across large organizations.
