Auckland, New Zealand, May 2025 – Rowena Bryce has taken on a new leadership role as Head of People Delivery and Integration at ASB Bank, marking a strategic progression in her nearly 17-year journey with the organization. In this expanded capacity, Rowena will drive the design and implementation of scalable HR ecosystems that align cloud infrastructure, data governance, and career frameworks to future-proof the bank’s talent strategy.
Rowena previously served as Head of HR Delivery Services, where she led transformation initiatives across onboarding, HR operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic workforce planning. She played a pivotal role in optimizing service delivery and enhancing operational execution through advanced people processes.
Prior to that, she was Head of People Operations for nearly nine years, where she oversaw HR technology planning, payroll systems, analytics, and project delivery for ASB’s group entities. Her work ensured seamless integration of systems and continuous improvement in people services.
Earlier roles include Head of People Services and Head of People Systems, where Rowena built strong capabilities in HRIS, compensation, and data stewardship. She began her journey with ASB as Manager – HR Payroll, overseeing payroll operations for multiple group companies with a focus on compliance, service excellence, and accuracy in delivery.
