At SHL, Ivana will focus on advancing science-backed talent solutions across the employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition to talent management — enabling organizations to make data-driven, objective decisions around hiring, development, and mobility.

Prior to joining SHL, Ivana spent over seven years with imc Learning, where she held multiple leadership roles including Managing Director, Asia, Head of Business Development, Asia Pacific, and Director, Asia. As Managing Director, she led revenue growth and customer success across Asia, advising large enterprises and public sector organizations on building learning technology infrastructure — including Learning Management Systems, custom content campaigns, and AI-driven learning solutions. Known for her consultative and strategic execution style, she was promoted multiple times for exceeding business performance goals and is widely recognized for her ability to uncover and capitalize on business opportunities.

Earlier in her career, Ivana served as Director, Global Partnerships at AchieveForum, a Korn Ferry company, where she oversaw the delivery of approximately USD 17 million in services annually and managed an extensive global consultant and partner network. She was promoted three times within four years, reflecting her strong performance and leadership capabilities.

She also held a senior leadership role at Arcitura Education Inc., driving global business expansion and partnerships, and contributed to large-scale operational coordination during the 2010 Winter Olympics through SP+ Gameday, managing high-volume transportation logistics.

With extensive experience across learning technology, global partnerships, enterprise consulting, and regional leadership, Ivana Lee brings a strong blend of strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross-cultural expertise to SHL as it continues to strengthen its footprint in Southeast Asia.
