Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Ruchee Anand has been appointed as Vice President – Talent Solutions, Asia Pacific at LinkedIn, taking charge of one of the company’s most strategically significant regions amid accelerated shifts in hiring models, skills demand, and AI-led workforce transformation.
In her new role, Ruchee Anand will lead LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions strategy, growth agenda, and customer impact across Asia Pacific, driving skills-based hiring adoption, data-led recruitment transformation, and workforce agility for enterprises across diverse regional markets. She succeeds Feon Ang, who previously steered the APAC Talent Solutions business through a phase of disciplined growth and operational excellence.
With more than 13 years at LinkedIn, Ruchee Anand brings deep institutional expertise across Talent Solutions, Learning, Engagement Solutions, and Sales Solutions. Prior to her elevation, she served as Senior Director – Talent, Learning and Engagement Solutions, India, where she held full P&L ownership and led go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, and market expansion.
Before this, she served as Director – Talent and Learning Solutions, where she led and scaled the India business with P&L responsibility, overseeing GTM strategy and high-performing sales organizations. She earlier headed LinkedIn’s Search & Staffing Business and held leadership positions including Head of Talent Solutions & Learning Solutions and Regional Sales Manager, consistently driving enterprise talent transformation at scale.
Prior to joining LinkedIn, Ruchee Anand held senior leadership roles at Naukri.com as Vice President – Sales, and earlier at AuthBridge Research Services and GTL Limited, building a strong foundation in enterprise sales, recruitment solutions, and digital workforce platforms.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University.
