Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2024 – Ruchi C. has joined Oxyzo Financial Services as the new Head of HR. With extensive experience in human resources, Ruchi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Prior to joining Oxyzo, Ruchi served as Zonal Head HR (Vice President) at Jana Small Finance Bank for over seven years in Chandigarh, India. Her role involved aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving talent management processes, and executing employee engagement programs.
Before that, she was the Circle HR Head at Bharti Infratel Limited for four years and four months. In this role, she focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and promoting a culture of diversity and safety.
Ruchi also worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at AB in Chandigarh, India, for over a year, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations and employee management.
