Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, June 2025 – Ruchi Lal has joined Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as Head – HR & Admin Operations for the company’s Plasma Fractionation Center in Ahmedabad. In her new role, Ruchi will be responsible for leading human resources and administrative operations, supporting Intas’s pioneering efforts in plasma-derived therapeutics, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Before joining Intas Pharmaceuticals, Ruchi Lal spent nearly a decade with Zydus Group in Ahmedabad, where she served in progressive leadership roles, including DGM – Head HR at Zydus Biologics. She was instrumental in driving HR strategy, leading talent management, and overseeing critical HR initiatives across multiple business units. Her responsibilities included recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, and HR systems enhancement, significantly contributing to the growth of Zydus Biologics.
Prior to her time at Zydus, Ruchi was Manager – Human Resource at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where she managed a broad HR portfolio and supported workforce expansion and talent development strategies. She also held the role of Dy. Manager – Human Resource at Zydus Cadila, further strengthening her expertise in HR operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Earlier in her career, Ruchi worked with Claris Lifesciences Limited as Sr. Officer – Human Resource and with Sanghi Industries Ltd. (Cement Division) as Officer – Human Resource. In these roles, she focused on recruitment, system development, and driving process improvements to support organizational growth and efficiency.
