In her new role, Rupali will lead HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and strategic HR planning to support the clinic’s growth and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Rupali C Rane has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oliva Skin and Hair Clinic, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, where she will spearhead HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Previously, Rupali served as the Head HR at Nova IVF Fertility for five years. During her tenure, she managed various HR functions, including sourcing, talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.
At Healthium Medtech Pvt. Ltd., Rupali was the Head HR and played a crucial role in culture transformation and supporting the organization through mergers and transitions. She focused on driving employee engagement and developing a performance-based culture.
Rupali also held the position of Sr. Manager HR at Fortis Healthcare, where she headed performance management and HRIS efforts across India, contributing to strategic HR leadership.
