Phoenix, Arizona, United States, August 2025 – Ryan Martin has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo). As a key member of the executive leadership team, he will lead the organization’s human capital strategy, overseeing all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development, inclusion, compliance, and culture. Martin’s leadership will be instrumental in aligning people initiatives with HOPCo’s strategic objectives while fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
Martin most recently served at Verra Mobility for over four years, where he progressed from Director, HR Business Partner to Vice President, Human Resources. In his most recent role, he partnered with executive and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives for the Commercial Services division, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in organizational design, talent development, and change management. He championed a high-performance culture, coached leaders at all levels, and optimized workforce strategies using data-driven insights.
Prior to that, Martin spent over a decade at Mars, holding roles including Global HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Regional HR Business Partner, Supply, HR Manager, and Plant Administrator. Across these positions, he played a pivotal role in organizational design, talent integration, cultural transformation, and operational excellence. His leadership efforts contributed to high engagement scores, the successful integration of Mars Chocolate and Wrigley portfolios, and the adoption of best-practice people strategies across the US manufacturing network.
Earlier in his career, Martin worked at Zions Bancorporation in HR Generalist and Recruiting Specialist roles, and held operational and coordination roles at Shea Homes. He also served as a Volunteer Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Brazil. Martin holds an MBA from the Utah State University – Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where he was an active member of SHRM.
