With over a decade of professional experience, Sachin brings a strong track record of driving sales growth, operational improvements, and cultural transformation across global and Indian enterprises. Before joining Schueco India, he served as Deputy General Manager – Regional Head at JSW One Platforms Ltd., where he led regional operations across multiple states, spearheaded market expansion initiatives, and built a high-performing sales organization that achieved exponential revenue growth.
Earlier, at Schindler India, Sachin held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager – Branch Manager, Branch Service Manager, and National Sales Manager – Digital Business, where he managed multi-crore P&L responsibilities, led customer engagement strategies, and championed digital transformation projects. His tenure at AVEVA (Schneider Electric) as Technical Sales Specialist saw him close multi-million-dollar deals with global clients such as SHELL, ONGC, and Damodar Valley Corporation, while advancing IoT and digital twin initiatives in the industrial sector.
Throughout his career, Sachin has demonstrated a blend of strategic acumen and people-centric leadership. His expertise spans sales, operations, P&L management, luxury business management, and team development, reflecting his ability to align commercial success with organizational culture and innovation.
In his new role at Schueco India, Sachin will focus on aligning business transformation initiatives with the company’s global excellence standards—fostering innovation, customer-centricity, and long-term value creation in India’s evolving architectural solutions market.
